CANDLE HOLDER
"A poet is not only he who writes, but he who feels poetry; who, sentively, delights himself with the finding of a rhyme, with the authenticity of a verse". (Cora Coralina) A verse is a part, not a whole. It is element, not synthesis. In a stanza named Iludi, the Verso Collection is sung with soul. Sensitive, it exudes poetry in its simple lines, transforming the invisible quotidian in naked personality. Serene, the collection is drawn with words of affection. There are no hiatuses, ruptures or rebel yells. Verso is the hand that caresses, that carries, that lifts. Harmonic sighs in Parnasian tunes. Between center and side tables, centerpieces and candlesticks, the rhyme is made: free parties that love each other and transform the meeting into a sonnet. To contemplate the minimum is to look inward and reflect oneself on the last tonic syllable.
